The repair took a little while as Freestate did everything they could to satisfy all the demands of my warranty, but they did the actual repair quickly and kept me posted everystep of the way.

These folks are professional; I never want to spend money, however, I had to. They got my truck back when promised on a tight schedule for me. I was nervous but they got the job done. Louis, Brandy, and Eric were all great. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while. They didn’t have donuts for me though!🤣😂

This is in reference to a recent review that I posted in June. I was unaware of the labor prices and gave a low rating. That post should be deleted or disregarded.
